We want you and your baby to be completely satisfied with your Diaper Genie purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the unused items in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
